How to Renew or Purchase Subscriptions (Renewal deadline is June 5, 2009)
- By Phone: Call Monday through Friday between 10 am and 5 pm at 773.702.8068 (Visa and MasterCard accepted).
- By Mail: Mail your request to Subscriptions, University of Chicago Presents, 5720 S. Woodlawn Avenue, Chicago, IL 60637. Don't forget to include a check payable to the University of Chicago or a credit card number (Visa and MasterCard accepted).
- In Person: Stop by the Office of Professional Concerts, located at 5720 S. Woodlawn Avenue, Room 102, between 10 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday.
- By Fax: Fax your request to 773.834.5888. Don't forget to include your credit card number and phone number (Visa and MasterCard accepted).
